Personal Statement

“My primary goal in entering into my leadership role is to glorify my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. When I think about the word leadership I think of Christ’s character and how he humbled himself to serve the lowly. I am honored to be in a management role where I can lead and inspire those around me to also set a good example.”

Get to know me! 

Based in San Diego, California I have gained a wide variety of valuable skills necessary to contribute to the Business world. From learning to manage a busy store, to collaborating on worship sets with my team at Church, I am able to adapt easily to any challenges that may ensue. Below I have included some of my previous experiences.

What is my role now?

For the last 5.5 years I have had the privilege of working for In N Out Burger. As a young child, I can remember coming to In N Out once a month for a special treat with my family. It has always been a core memory for me growing up, and I am overjoyed to have the privilege of providing that same experience to our customers.

This last September (2025), I had the honor of stepping into a new role as a shift lead. Here, the photo I have attached is with my District manager (Joel) and I after receiving the promotion.

Work Experience & Skills

  • In N Out Burger

    2020-Present

    Starting with the company in 2020, I was promoted as store trainer 3 years later. Beginning my management training in 2023, I had the opportunity to learn how to run both a busy store, and manage my own team of associates.

  • Graphic Design

    2019-2020

    My Sophomore year of High school, I was presented with the opportunity to learn how to create graphic images using platforms such as Canvas for Christian Author Wendy Speake. Once the images had been approved, they were posted on her Instagram page.

  • Worship at Life Mission

    2015-2021

    Learned from a young age how to collaborate as a team and serve others with our gifts and time. Here, I also learned how to adapt to unplanned occurrences, and how to fix any last minute issues.
